The challenge in our project was to route up to 1,200 parcels per hour automatically across a conveyor system to shipping destinations and replace the manual workflow with a secure digital one. The Evomation team quickly developed the right solution and worked in a focused, seamless way. Working with the team was consistently pleasant, and we look forward to future projects together.
Intralogistics
We build advanced software solutions that close the gap between your PLC landscape and higher-level IT systems such as ERP platforms. Our solutions are tailored to your setup so equipment, data flow, and operators stay connected, secure, and productive.
How we connect equipment, software, and operations
In intralogistics, stability does not come from a single system but from clean handoffs between the machine layer, coordination logic, and business-facing systems.
PLCs, sensors, and signals
Equipment states, scans, and feedback are captured reliably and turned into usable operational signals.
New installations and retrofits
Existing equipment remains connectable instead of becoming a special case with every change.
Middleware and process logic
Between equipment and business systems, we create a resilient layer for rules, states, and orchestration.
API and system integration
WMS, ERP, and adjacent systems stay in sync without creating operational chaos.
Operator views and roles
Information is shaped so teams can act quickly while responsibilities remain clear.
Logging and safety
Traceability, permissions, and system safety are embedded directly into live operations.
What improves in live operations
More stable system operation
Machines, logic, and adjacent systems work together more cleanly, so operations rely less on fragile handoffs.
Faster diagnosis when things break
States, feedback, and logs provide faster operational clues when disruptions appear in the flow.
Clearer responsibility and operator guidance
Information reaches the teams that need it, and operator interfaces stay clear enough that decisions happen faster with less ad hoc coordination.
Safer changes and extensions
New requirements, retrofits, and process changes can be integrated more safely without destabilizing live operations.
Less friction between layers
PLCs, middleware, WMS, and ERP stay better aligned instead of slowing each other down during live operations.
A more future-ready setup
The system landscape stays adaptable when new lines, vendors, or operational requirements are added.
