The challenge in our project was to route up to 1,200 parcels per hour automatically across a conveyor system to shipping destinations and replace the manual workflow with a secure digital one. The Evomation team quickly developed the right solution and worked in a focused, seamless way. Working with the team was consistently pleasant, and we look forward to future projects together.
Manufacturing
Improve your manufacturing processes with scalable solutions that evolve with your business. From energy efficiency to automated documentation, we help modernize existing systems or create new ones that increase productivity, precision, and scalability.
How we make manufacturing workflows digitally resilient
In manufacturing, machine signals, production logic, and operational decisions need to work together cleanly. That is where our systems intervene.
Machine and process data
Signals from equipment, sensors, and runtimes are pulled out of isolated system states.
Energy and utilization
Consumption, load peaks, and efficiency become visible before they are buried in reporting.
Quality and process control
Deviations, checks, and process rules are brought closer to the reality of production.
Automated workflows
Manual handoffs are reduced so workflows become more resilient and repeatable.
Maintenance and response
Teams see earlier where intervention is needed and can prevent downtime more deliberately.
Documentation and traceability
Records, logs, and operational knowledge remain systematically available instead of disappearing into individual knowledge.
What improves in manufacturing
Less unplanned downtime
Teams spot critical developments earlier and can plan maintenance or intervention more deliberately.
Earlier quality signals
Deviations surface closer to the live process before they only show up as scrap or rework.
Better decisions around energy and load
Consumption and load peaks become visible sooner, so optimization does not start only after the fact in reporting.
More stable production flows
Fewer manual handoffs and clearer rules make workflows more repeatable and more resilient.
Faster response in live production
On the shop floor, teams can see sooner where intervention is needed and which decisions actually deserve priority because interfaces make system states and next steps easier to understand.
More dependable traceability
Documentation, system states, and operational knowledge stay available instead of disappearing into isolated tools or individual knowledge.
